  1. Adaptive weight suggestions

    I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

    Pretty self explanatory - but some graphs/stats/overview of which muscle groups get trained the most and which are missing. Also maybe which specific exercises to suggest changing it up

    This would allow you to see a badge for which exercises are currently factoring into Strength Score.

    This would allow you to control aspects of the Caliber app directly on your Apple Watch, including logging your workouts.

    All the numbers please! How many workouts have I logged? Which exercises have I done most often? Which ones have I seen the most gains in? Etc

  11. β€œAre you sure?” when clicking complete workout

    I’ve mistakenly clicked β€œcomplete workout” when intending to add another exercise multiple times, it would be nice to cancel when I make that mistake. At least move those 2 buttons further from each other.

  12. Strava integration

    Many bicyclists use Strava to track rides and their fitness progress. Bringing that data into Caliber would be very useful.

  13. Badges/Achievements

    Could you add achievement badges? This could help with habit tracking (I.e. log 3 workouts badge, log one week, log 3 months, etc) and additional options for PR (major 4-5 lifts such as Bench, OHP, Deadlift, Squat, Row) just to help with giving a sense of momentum.

  15. Sync with Garmin Connect

    Would love for Caliber to sync to Garmin Connect to get all the health data pulled into one spot, and to be able to track my reps with a Garmin watch as I do them instead of on the phone.
