  6. Adaptive weight suggestions

    I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

  7. Strength Score volatility update

    With the current version of the Strength Score algorithm, you can sometimes see large swings in your score if you temporarily reduce the amount of weight that you're lifting or significantly change the exercise structure. With this update, we'd be smoothing some of this volatility, so that you wouldn't see sudden drops in your score in the above cases.

  8. Smartwatch integration - Wear OS (Google Pixel Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, etc)

    An app available on all non-Apple smartwatches would be great for doing gym workouts without having to carry a cell phone.

    keyboard is slow and does not functionlly add to the app. There is also no way to dismiss it when it blocks the complete workout button. Please remove

  11. More ring/trx exercises

    It would be awesome for people more into calisthenics movements to add exercieses involving rings or alternatively trx straps likr Ring dips, push ups, pull up variaions, arm exercises, and more involving gymnastics rings. This feature to me, is very lacking in the app with less than 5 exerises involving trx straps. I would have to create numerous custom exercises to fit in my ring training.

  12. Stretching templates

    Create stretching routines similar to workouts. Would be great to be able to have a recovery stretching/flexibility day.

  13. Have timer ding when outside of the app.

    During my rest I sometimes open another app… if the caliber app isn’t the top level app my phone won’t ding when the timer is complete (iOS).

  14. Granular exercise equipment selection

    This would allow you to select exactly the type of equipment you have available, which would factor into both workout plan generation and exercise substitutions.

    This would give you an estimate of the duration of your workouts, and would dynamically adjust if you made changes to the number of sets or rest intervals.
