  1. Adaptive weight suggestions

I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

  2. Period tracking for workouts.

Since women’s cycle can affect their strength and workouts depending on where they are it would be nice to track our periods in the app and plan accordingly and get information about what’s best for us to do at different points

  5. Have timer ding when outside of the app.

During my rest I sometimes open another app… if the caliber app isn’t the top level app my phone won’t ding when the timer is complete (iOS).

  8. Select caliber plans based on body goals

At the start, there would be a prompt asking the users to select a goal, either for hypertrophy, strength or weight loss the caliber would plan exercises and lessons accordingly. After which caliber could also ask for type of split the user might prefer, push pull legs or something else. As someone working in tech I know this might be quite tough but so far the app really impressed me. Keep up the good work!!

  9. Generated Kettlebell Programs

I would really love to be able to have the Caliber generated workouts have an option for kettlebells and resistance bands or at least just kettlebells. I really think this would let me get the most from my home gym situation.

There is no stiff legged deadlifts option that I've found. It should be an option.

  12. Leaderboard within social circles

I'm currently tracking the workouts the members of my circles complete, tallying them up and declaring 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place winners for each month. It's been great for morale, friendly competition and overall engagement in fitness. It would be cool if there was a weekly and monthly leaderboard view (report notification optional) that showed sorted views of the workout data caliber already stores for users. At the end of month and year, badges can be awarded to members who completed the most of each workout type (strength, cardio/conditioning, mobility)
