Adaptive weight suggestions
I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

See total workout duration during workout
If I donโt note what time I started at and remember Iโm left guessing how long my workout has been. I like to target a certain time at least. It would be nice to see how long the workout has been before ending it

Twice I accidentally pressed workout complete and I wasnโt actually done. Couldnโt undo it and my time for the workout was permanently wrong.

Shorter everyday programs
I would like a program thatโs maybe around 5min but perhaps everyday instead. You can gradually increase the time as a routine starts to build. By selecting different muscles to train each day the body still gets enough rest. As a beginner I want to be able to select shorter workouts. Only having 30 and 45 as options or having to make up one of your own to log doesnโt work. 30 min is a huge commitment when you lack motivation and/or experience. Itโll also be better for lazy people.

Exercises for Shoulder Recovery and Scapular Strength
Could there be some exercises added for shoulder recovery and Scapular Strength? I'm in PT for shoulder pain. It was caused by scapular weakness. In the Library, there already is Cable Standing Shoulder External Rotation and Internal Rotation. Cable Scap Pulls, Chest Supported Dumbbell Y-T-M, and Standing Cable external shoulder rotation at 90ยฐ abduction. Also, I'd like to see some what to count left and right since they are single arm movements.

Smartwatch integration - Wear OS (Google Pixel Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, etc)
An app available on all non-Apple smartwatches would be great for doing gym workouts without having to carry a cell phone.

Better Womenโs Exercises
I feel like the caliber auto generated workouts are targeted towards menโs bodies rather than womenโs bodies. Itโd be nice to have something that felt a lot more tailored to my body type.
