Once you pick a time for rest between sets have it automatically go after entering set.

I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

This would give you an estimate of the duration of your workouts, and would dynamically adjust if you made changes to the number of sets or rest intervals.

Create stretching routines similar to workouts. Would be great to be able to have a recovery stretching/flexibility day.

Pretty self explanatory - but some graphs/stats/overview of which muscle groups get trained the most and which are missing. Also maybe which specific exercises to suggest changing it up

Every workout should finish with a 5-10 min stretching routine, focused on the muscles groups used during such work-out. Plus, there should be the possibility to add your own exercises. Just to log them. For example, to alternate I donβt do always wall sit, but I do wall sit squats with a medicine ball rolling up and down the wall. I also do other exercises for my knees, but canβt log them. Rest is great!

It would be great to be able to know which particular exercise is the weakest based on strength score so that progress (i.e. weight increases) can be focused there first. Right now, there is a legs score but it is hard to know if my squat or my deadlift is weaker and therefore which should be increased at the next progression point.

This would allow you to set up recurring schedules for activities. For instance, you'd be able to schedule your 'Chest Workout' each Monday for the next 12 weeks.
