  3. Adaptive weight suggestions

I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

  5. Make Rest Timer A Live Activity + Show Rest Timer on Dynamic Island

While resting I do leave the app, I currently set another timer on my Watch, having this integrated as a Live Activity would make it more time efficient

  6. See total workout duration during workout

If I don’t note what time I started at and remember I’m left guessing how long my workout has been. I like to target a certain time at least. It would be nice to see how long the workout has been before ending it

  8. Ability to undo β€œworkout complete”

Twice I accidentally pressed workout complete and I wasn’t actually done. Couldn’t undo it and my time for the workout was permanently wrong.

  9. Rate difficulty of individual movement

Similar to the overall difficulty scale used at the end of a workout, but for each individual lift. Can opt in or out depending on user. Sometimes the whole workout feels tough but doable, but there is a single movement that felt monstrous or too easy. I’ll note it in the note section, but maybe an image showing what was put th last time that move was done.

  10. Shorter everyday programs

I would like a program that’s maybe around 5min but perhaps everyday instead. You can gradually increase the time as a routine starts to build. By selecting different muscles to train each day the body still gets enough rest. As a beginner I want to be able to select shorter workouts. Only having 30 and 45 as options or having to make up one of your own to log doesn’t work. 30 min is a huge commitment when you lack motivation and/or experience. It’ll also be better for lazy people.

  11. Exercises for Shoulder Recovery and Scapular Strength

Could there be some exercises added for shoulder recovery and Scapular Strength? I'm in PT for shoulder pain. It was caused by scapular weakness. In the Library, there already is Cable Standing Shoulder External Rotation and Internal Rotation. Cable Scap Pulls, Chest Supported Dumbbell Y-T-M, and Standing Cable external shoulder rotation at 90Β° abduction. Also, I'd like to see some what to count left and right since they are single arm movements.

  12. Have timer ding when outside of the app.

During my rest I sometimes open another app… if the caliber app isn’t the top level app my phone won’t ding when the timer is complete (iOS).

  13. Muscle group heat map - overview of what groups could be missing attention

Pretty self explanatory - but some graphs/stats/overview of which muscle groups get trained the most and which are missing. Also maybe which specific exercises to suggest changing it up
