  2. Ability to β€œfavorite” specific exercises to find easily

I’d like to be able to mark a specific exercise as a favorite as I do it so that I can easily find it later to build custom workouts. For people who lose motivation easily it’s nice to be able to go back exercises that were an enjoyable challenge and for those who get distracted easily this would make that process less annoying/more intuitive. I’m more likely to stay with this app if this change is made. Thanks!

  3. Additional body stats / measurements

I just downloaded the app. It looks amazing! I'm excited to try it out. The only thing that I think is missing for me specifically is body measurement tracking. I have another app I'm going to use for that.

  8. Adaptive weight suggestions

I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

  15. Add Kettlebell One Arm Row as a standard exercise with full tracking support and kettlebell-specific form guidance.

The Kettlebell One Arm Row is a core unilateral pulling movement used across strength training, hypertrophy, and functional fitness. It is especially relevant for users training in home gym environments where kettlebells are often the primary or only equipment available. Currently, Caliber supports rowing variations such as dumbbell rows, but lacks a kettlebell-specific one-arm row. This creates friction in workout tracking and reduces accuracy for users who train primarily with kettlebells. This addition would improve exercise coverage, increase tracking precision, and better support a growing segment of users training with minimal equipment. Proposed implementation Name: Kettlebell One Arm Row Muscle group: Back (lats, rhomboids) Equipment: Kettlebell Type: Unilateral Tracking: weight per kettlebell, reps, sets, optional RPE Tags: home gym, functional, unilateral Form guidance (important for differentiation) Maintain neutral spine and stable torso Pull kettlebell toward hip not chest Minimize rotation for anti-rotational stability Full stretch at bottom with controlled tempo Why this matters Improves logging accuracy for kettlebell users Supports unilateral strength and muscular balance Aligns with Caliber focus on structured progressive training Expands usability for home gym setups which is a high growth segment
