Adaptive weight suggestions
I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

Have timer ding when outside of the app.
During my rest I sometimes open another appβ¦ if the caliber app isnβt the top level app my phone wonβt ding when the timer is complete (iOS).

Suggested workout changes
This would suggest when you should make adjustments to your workout plan, and then help you automatically make these adjustments.

Additional workout stats (number of workouts logged, total volume, most used exercises, etc.)
All the numbers please! How many workouts have I logged? Which exercises have I done most often? Which ones have I seen the most gains in? Etc

This would allow you to log into a web version of the platform, making it easier to send long-form messages and review progress data.

Select caliber plans based on body goals
At the start, there would be a prompt asking the users to select a goal, either for hypertrophy, strength or weight loss the caliber would plan exercises and lessons accordingly. After which caliber could also ask for type of split the user might prefer, push pull legs or something else. As someone working in tech I know this might be quite tough but so far the app really impressed me. Keep up the good work!!

Equipment profile
A feature enabling you to enter the equipment you have with you and automatically suggest or pull up movements with that equipment when creating workouts would be great! :)

Period tracking for workouts.
Since womenβs cycle can affect their strength and workouts depending on where they are it would be nice to track our periods in the app and plan accordingly and get information about whatβs best for us to do at different points

This would give you an estimate of the duration of your workouts, and would dynamically adjust if you made changes to the number of sets or rest intervals.

On Mondays before updating the scores, please close all open exercise and workouts of the previous week.

Recurring activity scheduling
This would allow you to set up recurring schedules for activities. For instance, you'd be able to schedule your 'Chest Workout' each Monday for the next 12 weeks.

βAre you sure?β when clicking complete workout
Iβve mistakenly clicked βcomplete workoutβ when intending to add another exercise multiple times, it would be nice to cancel when I make that mistake. At least move those 2 buttons further from each other.
