    It would be helpful to create a custom training plan and have the option to select a strength workout or cardio workout.

  9. Adding Kelso Shrugs to Lat exercises‼️

    Kelse Shrugs are debatably the best Upper Back workout because they remove the Biceps, Forearms and Rear Delts, which usually hit failure first and restrict gains. So your Lats are the only limiting factor which lets them actually hit failure. They are also very popular online so would be a welcome addition as an exercise.

    This would give you an estimate of the duration of your workouts, and would dynamically adjust if you made changes to the number of sets or rest intervals.

    All the numbers please! How many workouts have I logged? Which exercises have I done most often? Which ones have I seen the most gains in? Etc

    An app available on all non-Apple smartwatches would be great for doing gym workouts without having to carry a cell phone.

    This would allow you to set unit preferences for specific exercises or activity types. Useful in situations where it isn't appropriate to broadly apply your default unit preferences.
