Submit IdeaExercise-level unit switching (lb/kg) during workout
My gym uses lbs for some weights and kgs for others. Currently, the app only allows you to set the weight units from settings, and will not apply to workouts that are already scheduled/in progress. For my workouts that switch between my gym's lbs and kg weights, I have to spend extra time to convert lbs to kgs, or kgs to lbs. Please allow users to either: switch between weight measurements on the fly inside the workout tracking screen, and/or... pick from lbs or kgs as they are tracking their workout/inputting the set weight (app should show both last rep/max rep in lbs/kgs) This would be very helpful to people who use gyms that use weights in both lbs and kgs, or simply for people going to a new gym that use weights in the alternative weight unit to their usual gym.

More granular equipment choices
I have a home gym, which includes both a squat rack and a Smith machine and full cable setup (with leg press attachment also). It seems you can only choose squat rack OR smith machine. Why not both? Or a list of all equipment used in your workouts, and we choose specifically which we have.

Better Women’s Exercises
I feel like the caliber auto generated workouts are targeted towards men’s bodies rather than women’s bodies. It’d be nice to have something that felt a lot more tailored to my body type.

Dynamic Island integration
This would allow us to see how much time is remaining before an other set or see the exercise we need to do with some animation when we hold the Dynamic Island.

Add the option for types of sets when making routines: pyramid sets, drop/burnout sets
For strength training, doing pyramid sets give you an idea of where your 1RM is, since you're trying to work your way up to that 1RM, and then back down. Drop sets are also helpful in helping you build endurance by keeping lifting to complete failure each time. While the power rating is decent, the pyramid set is THE indicator of where your strength and mentality are...since a lot of times, people can psyche themselves out of getting a new PR, amd getting used to the weight helps.

Whoop integration
would be nice to use whoop for step tracking and not apple health which isn’t accurate cause I don’t wear an Apple Watch or take my phone everywhere. There are also a million other metrics you could pull from whoop like recovery scores and sleep

Recurring activity scheduling
This would allow you to set up recurring schedules for activities. For instance, you'd be able to schedule your 'Chest Workout' each Monday for the next 12 weeks.

Progress photo comparisons
This would allow you to compare progress photos from different time periods side by side in the app, so that you could more easily see visual changes.

Equipment profile
A feature enabling you to enter the equipment you have with you and automatically suggest or pull up movements with that equipment when creating workouts would be great! :)
