Submit IdeaAdaptive weight suggestions
I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

This would allow you to control aspects of the Caliber app directly on your Apple Watch, including logging your workouts.

Have timer ding when outside of the app.
During my rest I sometimes open another app… if the caliber app isn’t the top level app my phone won’t ding when the timer is complete (iOS).

Muscle group heat map - overview of what groups could be missing attention
Pretty self explanatory - but some graphs/stats/overview of which muscle groups get trained the most and which are missing. Also maybe which specific exercises to suggest changing it up

Estimated workout duration
This would give you an estimate of the duration of your workouts, and would dynamically adjust if you made changes to the number of sets or rest intervals.

Progress photo comparisons
This would allow you to compare progress photos from different time periods side by side in the app, so that you could more easily see visual changes.

This would allow you to see a badge for which exercises are currently factoring into Strength Score.

Display how many strength score, with the option to flip to body comp or what workout/activity is today. Really useful to see info at a glance during work or at home.

RPE for sets
This would allow you rate the difficulty of each of your sets, based on RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). This can be helpful if you are targeting a certain RPE for sets.

Total Volume Visual
Please have a way for us to see total volume for each muscle group or major muscle groups so I can make sure I’m hitting everything I need to during the week. Currently, I have to manually go in and add all my sets. Wouldn’t be difficult for the app to do this math for me and display it somewhere. Please.

Record Lift Dates
I’d love to be able to have the dates that I hit the max weight or max volume. I think this would be helpful in tracking the trends and progress from that date.

Protein tracker, rather than calories
When integrated with Chronometer, it would be more helpful to track protein consumption as opposed to calories.

Change color of some workouts/activities on the calendar
add the option to change or customize acrivities on the calendar. Currently going for a walk is the same color as a weightlifting activity so it's difficult to quickly see what days you lift vs other exercise that's pre-recorded, such as walking
