Make Rest Timer A Live Activity + Show Rest Timer on Dynamic Island
While resting I do leave the app, I currently set another timer on my Watch, having this integrated as a Live Activity would make it more time efficient

Ability to βfavoriteβ specific exercises to find easily
Iβd like to be able to mark a specific exercise as a favorite as I do it so that I can easily find it later to build custom workouts. For people who lose motivation easily itβs nice to be able to go back exercises that were an enjoyable challenge and for those who get distracted easily this would make that process less annoying/more intuitive. Iβm more likely to stay with this app if this change is made. Thanks!

Equipment profile
A feature enabling you to enter the equipment you have with you and automatically suggest or pull up movements with that equipment when creating workouts would be great! :)

Add the option for types of sets when making routines: pyramid sets, drop/burnout sets
For strength training, doing pyramid sets give you an idea of where your 1RM is, since you're trying to work your way up to that 1RM, and then back down. Drop sets are also helpful in helping you build endurance by keeping lifting to complete failure each time. While the power rating is decent, the pyramid set is THE indicator of where your strength and mentality are...since a lot of times, people can psyche themselves out of getting a new PR, amd getting used to the weight helps.

Google calendar integration
Caliber already had a calendar feature. Being able to blend that with the google calendar that runs my life would be ππΌ Also, consider the fact that many fitness centers that have apps for scheduling classes integrate with google calendar. Being able to schedule workouts the way People schedule classes might help stay on track and might help caliber position itself relative to fitness classes

Additional body stats / measurements
I just downloaded the app. It looks amazing! I'm excited to try it out. The only thing that I think is missing for me specifically is body measurement tracking. I have another app I'm going to use for that.

Adaptive weight suggestions
I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead
