    Have the rest time visible on my Lock Screen so that I don’t need to unlock my phone to see how much more rest time I have left

    This would allow you to set up recurring schedules for activities. For instance, you'd be able to schedule your 'Chest Workout' each Monday for the next 12 weeks.

  5. Ability to delete/reset data

    Useful for when switching gyms, coming back from injury or time off, etc. I’m coming back to the app after two years and in a new gym and my strength score and histories are all messed up.

  6. Cardio Score similar to Strength Score

    Being able to see how I am running/biking longer distances and burning more calories is just as motivational as watching my strength score rise. A chart/screen showing that data would be awesome.

  8. Adaptive weight suggestions

    I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

  9. Have timer ding when outside of the app.

    During my rest I sometimes open another app… if the caliber app isn’t the top level app my phone won’t ding when the timer is complete (iOS).

    This would suggest when you should make adjustments to your workout plan, and then help you automatically make these adjustments.

  11. Allow training plans to incorporate cardio workouts.

    It would be helpful to create a custom training plan and have the option to select a strength workout or cardio workout.

    Please generate strength balance suggestions on what to increase/improve to improve strength balance score. E.g. "next week increase shoulder exercises", or "your legs strength is lagging behind"

  13. Swap between Dumbell/Barbell

    Sometimes at my gym I cant access the barbell machines so I have to do dumbell instead. When I set my account up though, I said I could access barbell machines, so sometimes I only get those as options. Being able to swap back and forth would make my workouts more flexible

    for me dark mode can ease the eye easier and have a better time using the app

  15. Be able to reset or delete previous lifting data

    if moving to a new gym their equipment/ machines will have different resistance profiles and data will be skewed from previously imputed weight. I would rather be able to start fresh for this.
