Better Womenβs Exercises
I feel like the caliber auto generated workouts are targeted towards menβs bodies rather than womenβs bodies. Itβd be nice to have something that felt a lot more tailored to my body type.

Add the option for types of sets when making routines: pyramid sets, drop/burnout sets
For strength training, doing pyramid sets give you an idea of where your 1RM is, since you're trying to work your way up to that 1RM, and then back down. Drop sets are also helpful in helping you build endurance by keeping lifting to complete failure each time. While the power rating is decent, the pyramid set is THE indicator of where your strength and mentality are...since a lot of times, people can psyche themselves out of getting a new PR, amd getting used to the weight helps.
