  2. Additional body stats / measurements

I just downloaded the app. It looks amazing! I'm excited to try it out. The only thing that I think is missing for me specifically is body measurement tracking. I have another app I'm going to use for that.

  3. Water intake tracking

It’s important to get enough water each day and it’s also something that you can easily lose track of throughout the day so being able to track how much you’ve drank and check it off when you’ve reached your goal would be a great added benefit for those who want to see how consistent they’ve been with their water intake!

  4. Progress photo comparisons

This would allow you to compare progress photos from different time periods side by side in the app, so that you could more easily see visual changes.

  5. Stretching post exercise and add your own exercise.

Every workout should finish with a 5-10 min stretching routine, focused on the muscles groups used during such work-out. Plus, there should be the possibility to add your own exercises. Just to log them. For example, to alternate I don’t do always wall sit, but I do wall sit squats with a medicine ball rolling up and down the wall. I also do other exercises for my knees, but can’t log them. Rest is great!

  8. Nutrition / Macro Logging

1️⃣ Summary of the Idea Add a basic nutrition and macro logging feature (Protein, Carbs, Fats) that allows users to track their daily meals and nutrition plans alongside their workout programs. 2️⃣ Why This Idea Is Useful, Who Would Benefit, and How It Should Work Currently, the Nutrition section in Caliber only allows users to set macro targets, but doesn’t let them log or track actual intake. Without active nutrition tracking, users can’t measure progress against their calorie or macro goals—making it harder to achieve results, especially for bulking, cutting, or maintenance phases. This feature would benefit all users—from beginners learning balance to advanced lifters fine-tuning body composition. It complements Caliber’s evidence-based philosophy and keeps users accountable to both their training and nutrition, which together drive 90% of transformation success. 🧠 How It Should Work Option 1 (Recommended): Hierarchical Approach — “Plan → Meal Plan → Meals” Structure mirrors Workouts: e.g., Plan → Workout becomes Nutrition Plan → Meal Plan.Users can create different nutrition plans (e.g., “Bulking Phase,” “Cutting Phase,” “Maintenance”).Each plan contains meal entries (Meal 1, Meal 2, etc.) with macros and calories per meal.Users can switch active plans anytime to reflect seasonal or goal-based changes.Allows long-term tracking and easy comparison between plans. Why it’s better: Matches Caliber’s existing UI/UX pattern (Plan → Workout).Supports multiple goals across time (e.g., switching from Bulking to Cutting).Encourages structured, data-driven nutrition habits. Option 2: Flat Approach — “Single Target + Meal Log” Users log meals directly against one global macro target.Simple and fast for those who want a quick logging experience. Drawbacks: Doesn’t fit Caliber’s structured hierarchy. No way to manage multiple plans for different goals or seasons. 📊 Daily Progress Integration (Highly Recommended) Add “Daily Nutrition Progress” to the Home Screen alongside Strength Score and Strength Balance. For example: Daily Progress: 1020 kcal / 2750 kcal This provides immediate visual feedback—just like training metrics—and keeps users motivated to hit both workout and nutrition goals daily. 📲 Additional Implementation Suggestion Add “Nutrition Logging” to the Home Screen Activity Menu, right beside “Workout,” allowing quick access and daily meal logging just like workout tracking. Daily Progress can be added on the Home screen alongside Strength Score and Strength Balance Attachments Nutrition Plan Option 1: https://postimg.cc/KK8xL2Xv Nutrition Plan Option 2: https://postimg.cc/McpqRSk6 New Start Activity: https://postimg.cc/Z9543Sk5

  13. Have timer ding when outside of the app.

During my rest I sometimes open another app… if the caliber app isn’t the top level app my phone won’t ding when the timer is complete (iOS).
