Submit IdeaAdaptive weight suggestions
I always find it hard to know when to increase weight or increase reps or sets. I think it would be nice to have it learn after a couple of workouts and then start to prefill my log with reccomended weight sets and reps. Or the option of 10 lbs or one more set. Also if working out at home the ability to input max weight available so it knows to increase the difficulty through reps and sets instead

Pretty self explanatory - but some graphs/stats/overview of which muscle groups get trained the most and which are missing. Also maybe which specific exercises to suggest changing it up

All the numbers please! How many workouts have I logged? Which exercises have I done most often? Which ones have I seen the most gains in? Etc

This would allow you to log into a web version of the platform, making it easier to send long-form messages and review progress data.

This would allow you to set up recurring schedules for activities. For instance, you'd be able to schedule your 'Chest Workout' each Monday for the next 12 weeks.

An app available on all non-Apple smartwatches would be great for doing gym workouts without having to carry a cell phone.

Lb AND kg
Some of my weights are in kg and some in lb. It tedious to try to convert these everytime you do an exercise.it should be possible to choose a default unit for the app (e. g. kg) , but then be able to enter weights in a other unit (e.g. lb) where the app automatically converts the weight to your default unit.

Add some variety to the Workout Wizard
I would LOVE it if the workout wizard gave more options for equipment, and gave the option to choose more than one combination of equipment. Ex: I have resistance bands and I’m not quite comfortable on the smith machine, but because those aren’t listed together in the menu, I can’t select bands over smith. Overall it would be great if the WW gave more choices. If I pick one set of equipment, 3 day or 4 day, I keep getting the same workout over and over again. I don’t wanna get bored. Also, would love it if the WW allowed you to make a mobility workout instead of just strength workouts. Somedays I just wanna stretch or do Pilate type exercises, to work on tone not just strength, and it would be nice if I didn’t have to scroll through every exercise to choose my own. Last thought is to have an option to add the newly created workouts to the calendar through the WW, instead of having to back out and go to the calendar and set it up that way. Just my thoughts. Thanks for all you do. j
